Thank you for choosing our handloom and handcrafted items! To ensure a smooth shopping experience, please review our shipping policy:

1. Shipping Costs:

   • Domestic Shipping (Within India): Standard shipping is free.
   • International Shipping: Shipping overseas will incur additional charges based on the destination country. Any customs, import duties, octroi, local charges, or other levies in your country will be the responsibility of the customer.

2. Payment and Order Processing:

   • Orders will be shipped only after the receipt of complete payment.
   • Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing. We usually ship instantly as we hold the inventory. Any delays or changes will be communicated with you on the phone number or email provided. 

3. Shipping Timeframes:

   • Standard Shipping:
     • Within India: 3-7 working days.
     • USA: 7-20 working days.
     • Malaysia: 8-14 working days.
     • Other countries: Varied, depending on location.

4. Shipping Providers:

   • We use IndiaPost for standard shipping and DTDC for Express delivery.
   • Orders within Hyderabad and Bengaluru are shipped based on customer preference and product availability in that center.
   • Hand delivery within serviceable areas in these cities is facilitated through Dunzo, Uber, or DTDC.

5. Order Dispatch:

   • All orders (and payments) are processed and shipped the working day following the order placement.
   • Our shipping address is the same as our registered address.
