a.) How do you operate/ Do you have a store?
The Maggam Collective is a quaint little store based out of Hyderabad, India.
We operate through a website, and  have a small store at our home. Please feel free to drop in, we'd love  to have you over!
b.) How do I purchase?
The process of purchase is as follows:
Go to the website, add products to your cart, and checkout. You will get a confirmation email of the products you have ordered for us you've given an email address. 
Upon receipt of funds, we shall despatch the parcel and give you the tracking number to your email address. 
c.) Can I block a product?
No, we don't allow blocking of products. However, in case of international orders, 2 working days time from the day of placement of order is allowed to make the payment. The Maggam Collective reserves rights of cancelling all bookings without prior intimation, if funds are not received within stipulated period.
d.) Do you ship overseas? What are your shipping costs?
We ship world-wide; By default, we ship using India Post. 
* Domestically, shipping upto 3 kgs costs Rs. 100, 3.1kgs and above Rs. 200.
* Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Singapore and rest of South East Asia - upto 1kg (approx 2 sarees) costs Rs. 600, 1kg - upto 2kgs costs Rs 1000. Thereafter, there is an increase in Rs 500 per 2 kgs. 
* Rest of the world: upto 1 kg costs Rs 1000, 1 kg to 2kgs costs Rs 1300, 2.1 kgs to 3 kgs costs Rs 1500, 3.1 kgs to 4 kgs costs Rs 2300, thereafter there is an increase in the cost by Rs 1100 per kg added. 
 If you would want any other specific courier service, kindly specify. We will be happy to service your requests at an extra cost. Any extra shipping costs viz., return to TMC due to unavailability of the recipient, and reshipping, will have to be borne by the customer.
Shipping overseas will cost additional depending on the country of shipping. Any additional customs or import duty/octroi/local charges or other levies in your country/location will have to be borne by the customer.
d.) How long will it take for my product be shipped?
Orders will be shipped only after receipt of complete payment. Orders will be shipped within 2 business days  after payment.
Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 working days for the product to be delivered within India, shipping to USA takes 7-20 working days, Malaysia 8-14 working days and other countries depending on their location within the country itself.

e.) How can I pay for a product?
If you are using a card issued in India, Internet Banking, please choose PayUMoney, which will guide you to a secure  payment gateway, and you can pay using credit/debit card or internet banking. 
If you are using a card issued outside  India, please choose PayPal and checkout. You will receive  a payment link on your email ID, using  which you can pay using a credit/debit card.
Alternatively, accepted payment methods are through Electronic funds transfer; (NEFT/IMPS/Western Union/Xoom/ Transferwise); some of these payment modes attract additional 3rd party charges, which have to be borne by the customer. Please contact us if you'd wish to proceed through an alternative accepted payment mode.
f.) Do the products appear exactly like they seem in the photographs?
We shoot all our photographs using iPhone 6, without any filters or edits under natural sunlight. We assure that the product are closest to their photographs; However, there slight variations in the color/tone of the saris w.r.t the images, may be attributed to the fact that, being digital images, there is a direct dependency on the phone/device you use and its settings.
g.) Do you have a return policy?
There is no way you wouldn't love a handloom/handcrafted product. We encourage you to feel free to enquire thoroughly about the product you are interested in, wrt the dimensions of the fabric, texture, wash care instructions, etc., We don't accept returns except in case of receipt of a damaged product.
In a case that the product you have received is damaged, please return it unused and unopened within 5 days of receipt to the address mentioned on the parcel.
Please note that sarees from which blouse fabric has been cut or fall-pico has been done, or used in any other way, will not be accepted.
