At The Maggam Collective, we appreciate your choice of our handloom and handcrafted items. To ensure the best shopping experience, please familiarize yourself with our return and refund policy:

  1. Return Eligibility:

    • Eligible items for return must be unused and in the same condition as received. Sarees for which fall picot finish has been done or running blouses detached are neither eligible for return nor refund.
    • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  2. Initiating a Return:

    • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

  3. Return Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the secure return of your item.
  4. Refund Policy:

    • Refunds are only approved on a case-by-case basis.
    • We primarily issue shop credits for returns.
  5. Refund Process:

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, a shop credit will be applied to your account.
  6. Late or Missing Refunds:

    • If you haven’t received your refund, please check your account. This applies for a period of 7 days. Usually, credit cards issued in India take a longer time to notify you of the same. 
    • If you still encounter issues, contact us for further assistance.
  7. Exchanges:

    • Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please contact us. 
  8. Damaged or Defective Items:

    • If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately for assistance. We will guide you through the return or replacement process.
