Demeter is a sea-green Gadwal cotton with pure silk borders in Ganga-Jamuna style in peacock blue and peacock green. It has a pure silk palla in peacock blue and pure zari has been used throughout.
Doesn't come with a blouse.
These sarees, once the hallmark of Gadwal weaving technique, have become a rarity. It took us four trips and a mammoth effort to find them! Weavers tell us that it is hard to find labour for this specific technique.
